The Wine Route and the Route des Crêtes are only 15 km away, while Strasbourg and Colmar are 45 km and 60 km away respectively.

A few steps from Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines, famous for its Minerals Fair, this campsite is the ideal starting point for exploring the geological, natural and cultural riches of the region.

Locations and Accommodations

You can choose from one of the 80 spacious and flat pitches and set up your camper van, caravan or tent there! “All-comfort” bungalows and more authentic converted caravans are also available!
For your comfort, you will find a laundry room and individual toilets, accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Activities :

The campsite offers various activities for all ages: playground, pétanque ground, table tennis, volleyball, entertainment and theme evenings in high season. The large swimming pool (100 m2) and its paddling pool are the beating heart of the campsite.
A TV room means you won't miss any of your favourite programmes!
And the little extra: Mountain walks are organized from the campsite ! Enough to take a breath of fresh air!

This town, renowned for its rich mining past, is a true El Dorado for mineral enthusiasts.

The Gabe Gottes Mine:

Visit this ancient silver mine and discover the secrets of mineral formation.

Haut-Koenigsbourg:

This is one of the most visited sites in Alsace. About 20km from your campsite on its rocky peak, the impressive castle of Haut-Koenigsbourg dominates the Alsace plain. From this pink sandstone fortress, you have an exceptional panorama. You will dive into the heart of the Middle Ages thanks to its preserved architecture, drawbridges, towers, dungeon, period furniture, weapons room and the medieval garden in plessis with aromatic and medicinal herbs.
At its feet passes the famous Alsace wine route which will take you to typical Alsatian villages. Discover the Alsatian vineyards and taste the local wines, in moderation.
Stroll through the streets of Colmar, Riquewihr, Eguisheim...and observe the storks in their incredible nest!

"Mineral & Gem" is the global event that combines local history and international influence. It is the exhibition of minerals, fossils, meteorites, where each mineral, each gem tells a thousand-year-old story.
1st in France, 1st in Europe, number 2 worldwide after Tucson (Arizona), it is one of the most important in the world for everything concerning mineralogy, gemmology and fossils. On
52km000, under a gigantic canvas village, 2 selected exhibitors come from 1000 countries, it's an international event, at the end of June, every year!
Accessible to the general public as well as professionals. Whether you are an expert, an enlightened amateur, a novice, or simply curious, you will be able to see or buy unique pieces. Between exhibitions, parades, conferences, entertainment and activities for children, specialists will accompany you and give you access to beauty, knowledge and know-how for the jewelry, cut stone, necklaces, pearls, mother-of-pearl, etc. You will immerse yourself in the thousand-year-old history of our planet.
