Whether you are a fan of authentic camping in a caravan, tent or camper van or prefer the cozy comfort of a bungalow, you will find what you are looking for at La Ballena Alegre! This is the ideal campsite whether you are with your partner, friends or with your tribe!

The campsite offers several types of locations (without pets):

The “Plus Nord” pitches: In the heart of nature, these 376 grass plots are located in the northern part of the campsite. These large pitches of 95 to 120 m2, flat and delimited by hedges, are equipped with a water supply, wastewater drainage and a 10 Ampere electrical connection. They can accommodate up to 6 people. Pets are not accepted. For your convenience, a refrigerator rental service is at your disposal.

The “Plus Central” pitches: These 153 grassy plots located in the central part of the campsite are close to all the facilities and near the service areas. They have the same characteristics as the “Plus Nord” pitches.

The “Plus Sud” pitches: 150 plots of grass are located in the southern part of the campsite and in the immediate vicinity of the beach, near the windsurfing and kitesurfing school.

They have the same characteristics as the “Plus Nord” locations as well as optical fiber to be well connected during your stay!

“Plus Dog” pitches: These pitches welcome your four-legged animals!! Enjoy the sea and nature with your pet in an environment adapted to your needs.

These 105 plots of grass located in the northern part of the campsite are close to a mini-supermarket. They have the same characteristics as the “Plus Nord” locations. You will have exclusive services such as bag dispensers, canidouches and a mini-market with products for your pet.

Blocks health are new. They have separate areas for children, women and men. Their maintenance is continuous throughout the day.

Cabins are available for the disabled.

La Ballena Alegre also provides you with bungalows for hire.

The choice is vast: you can choose between 12 types of accommodation, each prettier and cosier than the last! All have air conditioning and can accommodate up to 6 people depending on the model.

Located in a quiet area of ​​the campsite and in close proximity to the sea, the bungalow Mare Nostrum where 6 people can stay is particularly sought after.

You will appreciate its 75 m2 divided into three modules. In a module, two spacious bedrooms each with its private toilet and shower. In a second module you will spend quality time with your family in the large living room - dining room which overlooks the swimming pool or the garden. The third module is astonishing; it is a large covered terrace equipped with an outdoor shower and an outdoor compartment for beach gear or windsurfing, kitesurfing equipment, etc.

The bungalow is superbly appointed and fully equipped. It even has a dishwasher, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a 220L refrigerator...so that your vacation is the most successful!

Travel light! You will also find in this accommodation: a hairdryer, bed sheets and bath towels. The little extra? the beds are made on arrival!

One of the strong points of this exceptional campsite, elected Superplatz campsite by ADAC in 2023, is certainly its Spa!

You can relax in the indoor swimming pool with its waterfalls and massage jets, enjoy the sauna, its steam bath, the salt cabin, the ice cabin and treat yourself to one of the many massages offered...let go assured !

The campsite has many pools including 2 in the center of the campsite with gardens, hammocks and shade and one Splash Park with water jets for children. Each bungalow sector has its own private swimming pool!

The services at Ballena Alegre are numerous and so practical for a good vacation: Its numerous shops will save you from running into town to buy what you need! A bakery, a supermarket, a local fruit and vegetable store, a fishmonger, a wine merchant, a stationery bookstore, a clothing and souvenir shop, a drugstore are at your disposal to make your life easier.

Don't want to cook? The campsite has 3 restaurants : The Restaurant-Arrocerie “Oasis” is located on two floors in the open air in the southern part of the campsite, you have a magnificent view of the sea, the towns of L'Escala and Roses. Specializing in rice-based cuisine, the menu offers delicious dishes such as the succulent lobster rice, and local fish and seafood dishes.

Located in the northern part of the campsite, Trattoria Pizzeria “El Xiringuito” is also an open-air restaurant. The ideal place to admire magnificent sunsets. The menu offers fresh pasta with different sauces, pizzas and desserts.

At Self-Service, you will have the choice between a wide variety of salads, Mediterranean cuisine and even special gluten-free dishes!
